Cranford UMC is a Christian community. We gather weekly for praise, prayer, celebration, and learning to experience the care and belonging of God’s love in community. Cranford is ever changing. Every new person God sends changes the community. Come and see!

Sheet Music

Music Ministry

“Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” Psalms 95:1

God created us with the ability to sing and make music! Music is an important part of worship
and praise to God. Do you enjoy music and want to join one of our music ministries including Worship Choir, Praise Team, and Bell Choir? We invite you to connect with our Music director, Anthony Lim.

Children/Youth Ministry

“Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kin(g)dom of heaven belongs.” Matthew 19:14

Children matter to God! Jesus made it quite clear that all children matter and God values them not only for who they are today but also what they will become in future. Children/youth ministry is grounded in the belief that children and youth need to learn about God and to experience God’s love through a relationship with one another and with church families who care for them and support them. For more information, please contact the Children/Youth Ministry director, Michael Andersen.

Book Discussion

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.” Colossians 3:16

Small groups create community that can change our lives. This is the power of small groups! Let us sit together with others and make room for growth together. Small group book discussion gathers at the parsonage during the liturgical seasons including
Lent and Advent.

Ministry of Presence

“You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy; in your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” Psalms 16:11

The Ministry of Presence is what God does for us and what we all need—to be seen, heard, held, and loved!
Are you feeling isolated even in a crowd of people? Are you looking for a place where you can connect with people and work on authentic relationships? We invite you to connect with Rev. Dr. HyunHui Kim who values the power of the presence!
