Extended Hours Program: This program is for those who cannot be in Cranford by 6:00 pm. This service is available until 6:30 pm to those who register for the service. If you are later than 6:30 pm, then late fees will apply.
5 Day Extended Hours $55.00 per month
3 Day Extended Hours $45.00 per month
2 Day Extended Hours $35.00 per month
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is divided into ten equal payments. The ten payments are based on a 180 day school year. Therefore, if a given month has either three weeks or five weeks, the payment rate remains the same. Thus, rest assured, you are not paying for holidays in your monthly payments.
Fees:
· A non-refundable $40.00 per family registration fee is due with each application.
· The payment fees are always pre-paid a month in advance. The first payment for children starting in September 2009, is due by August 20. The last payment for the 2009/10 school year will be due on May 20. The late payment fee is $10.
· Non-payment of the monthly payment fee is grounds for immediate dismissal from the program. If we have not received a payment fee by the 1st of the month, the child will no longer be allowed to attend the program.
· If a child is enrolled into the program after September, two payments must be paid prior to attending. Thereby, everyone will always be pre-paid one month in advance.
· All accounts must be paid in full prior to future enrollment.
· There is no discount for sick days or family vacations.
If you pay for the year in full by August 20, you will receive a 5% discount in tuition.
If you are registered for a two, three or four day program, we ask that you remain with the same days each week/month.
Refunds: No refunds will be given to participants in the program unless The Christian Connection office has been notified in writing one month in advance that your child will not be participating in the program.
Returned Check Service Fee: There is a $20.00 returned check service fee on a check returned for any purpose. After receiving two returned checks, only cash or money order payments will be accepted.
Late Pick-Up Fee and Policy: The Christian Connection program ends at 6 pm. There will
be a $5.00 late fee for every fifteen minutes that you are late in picking up your child.
If you have not picked up your child by 7 pm, after all attempts have been made to contact
you or your emergency contacts, we are required to contact the Division of Youth and
Family Services.

IF THERE IS AN EARLY SCHOOL CLOSING OR CANCELLATION, THERE IS NO CHRISTIAN CONNECTION.
